Welcome to my beautiful 1200 sq ft. New York style loft in downtown Vancouver's Gastown! This place is a true, fully stocked, home away from home with comfortable and stylish furnishings. Sit back on your couch and 58 inch smart TV, cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove top, or enjoy a relaxing bath in your blue bathtub - the options are endless! In-suite laundry, and parking for small to medium vehicle included if you need it!!

Welcome to my home! This loft is 1200 sq ft. of open concept space is in Vancouver's Gastown, home to some of the best restaurants and stores of Vancouver. The open space has been designed for comfort and style in mind with high quality, chic furniture. Kick back after a long day in your lux king bed and shut the blinds with your electric black out blinds. Or have a dinner feast with your fully stocked kitchen and six seat dining table. Added benefit of a designated "home office" to fit both days and nights in!!

- Parking in the building (best for small/medium vehicle, it will not fit a large vehicle). A car is certainly not required nor recommended to enjoy Downtown/Gastown and I suggest going carless if you can!

** Important note! ** Gastown is one of the hippest and best parts of Vancouver with the best restaurants and boutique shops minutes away. However one very important thing to note about Gastown is the central location has also made it home to & bordering to Vancouver's homeless population. It is very likely you will see the less fortunate in the area during your stay and that can be uncomfortable if you have not visited an urban area before! I have never felt unsafe and neither have my guests, but it can be uncomfortable for anyone not familiar with the area or west coast city living. If you think this may bother you this will not be the place for you. I love Gastown and want to make sure guests love the unit and area so please if you have questions please let me know - your comfort if my number one goal :). I suggest to all guests to stay to the west of the apartment building if they want to avoid Chinatown area.

You will be in Gastown during your stay! Gastown is one of Vancouver's oldest and coolest cities located in downtown Vancouver. It has incredible restaurants, bars, and shopping. Its also the site of many films and commercials and homes a lot of celebrities in Vancouver (you might see a few in the building elevators!). The famous Gastown Steam clock is a few blocks away as is the rest of Vancouver to explore!

I am a long time Superhost and huge fan of airbnb! I’ve been lucky to share my home in the past and am excited to be in this amazing building and do it once again! I love sharing my space and city with guests and do my very best to give them an amazing experience.

In cases where I can meet guests when they arrive I will! I will always be available to guests for any messages before, after and during their stay :). I have family in the area in case of emergencies and in person check ins :)
