This is a large beautiful apartment decorated with the odd positive affirmation as well as clean white lined walls with hints of grey tiling and wooden flooring. It has easy access to; the trendy high street littered with bars and restaurants.

Plus 15/20 minutes walk to the seafront which can be found in Leigh Old town. A very quaint and traditional area that has a distinct village type feel to it!

Either way, Leigh has something for everyone, as does The Broadway snug!

This is a beautiful, simple, classic property with the odd modern twist.

A fireplace which is now redundant with a beautiful brick facade. This happens to be one of three great features about this large space.

The other is that it has a huge bay window complimented with an area that could be used as a window seat! Allowing for great views of the thriving high street - if you like to people watch - and the sighting of the odd Ferrari or Lamborghini too! Or slightly further afield and the sea is right there in one’s eye-line.

The final major feature of the lounge space is that it is open planned therefore, adjoining a contemporary and functional kitchen making those conversations easy to flow across the room.

Additional information is that there is a Sofabed in the lounge which could hold a fifth member of the group.

For viewings whilst getting ready to go out and dine in one of the many, gastro restaurants that are minutes away or if it’s just background noise that you need, there’s a Smart TV that provides, Netflix and broadband.

There are two carpeted double rooms - one larger than the other - that can hold two people each.

A very modern, clean lined bathroom with a choice a stainless steel rainfall shower head accompanied with a standard showerhead.

It is our hope that whoever stays will feel the same as we do about this and respect and enjoy it, just as if it were their own home!

You are in the HEART of Leigh! Plenty of bars, restaurants and other eateries. There’s even some clothes shops and charity shop thrown into the mix too. All just minutes away from the sea and train stations!
