Located in one of the most popular neighborhoods near Manhattan, it is close to plenty of restaurants, bars, boutique stores, and shopping areas. It is also one of the safest and the nicest neighborhoods to live in. 5 mins walk to Shake shake, to the worlds' famous Carlo's Bakery for amazing cakes or cannoli, to Pier parks with Manhattan views. About 10 mins nice walk to public transportation, Path train, and ferry to Manhattan. Different than county life, it is a vivid lifestyle, you may occasionally hear city noise, it is just a part experience living near the center of the universe.

Instead of simply hosting guests to stay, we want to deliver a completely different unique experience. We drafted ten other plans and finally chose the current design. As an artist and a designer, my wife did all the interior design and mural art in this cozy apartment. We want to deliver the most straightforward art concept. This concept consists of only white and black lines to help our guests free the soul from this complex dazzling world, a message that anyone may recall from their remote dream during childhood which is clear and straightforward, and experience to get our guest really relaxed. This apartment, cozy but has lots of potentials. You could enjoy TV on a bed or turn around to see a lonely girl heading to a snowy central park. You could enjoy tea on the patio or sit back in the dining room to think what the girl on the wall sitting on a boat is watching. You could make a big meal using the large kitchen or turn back to discover anything interesting along with the longwall gallery. We hope you could find some simple ideas, and enjoy them as a simple experience.
