The accommodation is for an entire studio suite, it is fully self-contained with own kitchen, bathroom. The building is brand new comprising of 10 studios that only debuted in Dec 2020. Totally private, clean, modern and well equipped with comfortable queen size bed, built in wardrobes, brand new kitchen and laundry facilities within the studio. Easy self-check in and check out.
The studio is located in Rockdale with Rockdale train satiation within walking distance (approx. 6 minute walk), St George Hospital (9 mins drive), Rockdale plaza ( 6 mins drive) , and Rockdale main business street” princess high way” only 4 mins walk distance, all restaurants and shops within walking range.
Brighton Le Sands beach, Quiet local suburb yet close to Airport (18 min drive). Great for couples and business travelers making a stopover.

Stedet
Very clean, newly completed large studio suite with comfortable queen size bed, private ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette, built in wardrobe. We provide towels, hair dryers, shampoo, air conditioning so you don’t have to bring your own. Ample storage spaces. There are free street parking. The space is totally private with a lock box, so you have the place entirely to yourself, without the worry of interacting with others. We operate on self-check in and check out basis, you will not have to meet the host. This enables you to come and go as you please.

We have internal cooking kitchen facilities, washing machine, dryer, fridge, and microwave, iron & Iron board inside the suite. There are cafes, take-away venues and restaurants within walking distance. Check in from 3pm with check out 10am. Check-in is closed from 9pm for the quiet enjoyment of all our guests.
