If you’re after a beach holiday this is the spot. Just across the road from one of the best and safest swimming beaches on the Hibiscus Coast & the Orewa Surf Club.

The Boulevard Apartments are modern 3 level townhouses located in the heart of Orewa. Central to everything and just a short flat walk to Orewa township with great shopping, restaurants and cafes.

Stedet
Neutral and minimally decorated throughout consisting of open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with flat-screen TV.

Deck off the lounge with outdoor chairs (middle level).
Upstairs (top-level) has one King bedroom and bathroom.

Ground-level provides 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite.

Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

This is an awesome spot, ideal for beach lovers and centrally located for exploring the Hibiscus Coast and further north. Just 30 minutes north of Auckland.

Free parking on the road very close.

If bringing infants or toddlers you will need to bring all gear with you. And we would recommend a stair gate as the apartment has steep stairs.
