Come visit or stay longer in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Close to public transport. You can live in a newly renovated cosy house in Fellbach that was originally originally built around 1900. The house has an open kitchen with direct access to the living room in which you can spend comfortable winter evenings in front of the chimney. There is a toilet near the front door and there’s a bathroom with shower and bath tub on the upper level. There are 2 1/2 bedrooms and there is an additional couch.

Stedet
Take your breakfast in an open kitchen that is completely equipped. It is brand new and very high-quality. You can also step out and enjoy your coffee in the little backyard. In the living room there are two Ligne Roset couches to make yourself comfortable and for winter days there’s also a fire place that warms nicely with wood on top of the modern heating.
There are two upper levels with a bedroom on each level and office space in case you want to work in the house. There’s Internet and as well as TV available for your use. In the basement you can use a washing machine and dryer.

You can enter through the front door or there’s also a side door which allows you entry through the basement

The house is located very close to Fellbach’s wine yards which is the perfect recreation area to go running or to go on a nice walk in beautiful nature. The bus station is right in front of the door and it’s a five minute walk to the U1 station which brings you to Stuttgart. There are bakeries and supermarkets to walk to in 5 to 7 minutes distance.
