Stedet
There are 2 condo buildings, total is 8 unit condos. They are located on 124 Howard Ave and 116 Howard Ave. We are the only beachfront condo available for rental/Airbnb. The other condos have beach view, NOT beachfront like ours.

Our unit condo is the closest to the beach, on the second level, and directly overlooking the beach and ocean. It's accessible via 2 flights of stairs with a short landing in between.

** OUTDOOR **

* Carport
There is room for 1 vehicle in the carport and 2 vehicles in the driveway with a limit of 3 tandem vehicles total. The 4th vehicle will be towed immediately with the vehicle owner’s expense. We also provide a 50 ft long water hose that you can use to wash your vehicle, etc….

* Outdoor Shower
After leaving the beach, please rinse yourself off with fresh water in our outdoor shower before going up to the condo.

* Main Deck
The large 850 sqft deck looking over the ocean easily accommodates the full size picnic table with 2 benches, 2 lounge chairs with 2 small tables, a set of outdoor furniture, and 4 high chairs with a small attached table. All of these furniture stay at the deck.

We provide four (4) blue Adirondack chairs and you are free to take them to the beach.

When you are standing on the deck facing the beach, you can feel the power of the ocean, feel the salty air breeze on your face, as you watch the waves, the shooting stars, the birds, the kites, the horse riders, the passerby, the surfers, and the ships! You can see the unlimited up and down the beach and ocean for miles. Our deck is exclusive for you and your loved ones. This deck is our guests most favorite spot and will become your favorite, too!

* Balcony
Smaller than the main deck, the balcony provides another way to enjoy the ocean. We provide 4 stools and a table to enjoy.

* Grill/BBQ Area
There are 2 condo buildings. Our condo is in building 2 and the closest to the beach. The grill area is located in the shared space between building 1 and 2. It's a standard square shape covered grill. You may need to clean it up prior using it. You also will need to provide your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and grilling utensils.

** INDOOR **

* Living room
1 sofa and 2 single blue chairs, 8 decorative pillows, 2 coffee tables, carpeted floor, 3 standing tables, and a regular size wall mounted HDTV with one remote.

We also provide a baby changing table for your convenience.

* Bedrooms

Primary bedroom: a queen size bed, a queen size mattress, a queen size spring box underneath, 4 queen size pillows, 2 decorative pillows on bed, 1 queen size bed sheet set, 1 queen size quilt, 1 regular bench (no standing on the bench), and 2 regular single chairs with 2 decorative pillows. For 2 people maximum.

Second bedroom: 2 full size beds, 4 pillows, 2 full size bed sheet sets, 2 full size quilts, and a basket of 4 extra cozy queen size blankets. For 4 people maximum.

* Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. Sensor motion light in each bathroom. A full bathroom with bathtub and shower is off the primary bedroom. The second bathroom has a walk in shower. Both has double shower curtains.

Regular toilet tissue rolls, regular liquid hand soap (1), standard size hand towel (1), regular shampoo - conditioner (1), regular body wash (1), regular body lotion (1), and regular sunscreen lotion (1) are provided in each bathroom. If you have any skin allergy issues, you’re free to bring yours.

Standard size bath towels (6), hand towels (6), and face towels (6) are provided in the shelf near laundry area. These towels are not multi purpose towels.
* Note: we do not provide iron and hair dryer due to potential hazards.

* Kitchen
Electric stove & oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher (regular dishwasher detergent in the shelf near the laundry room), a hand soap in dispenser, a bottle of hand sanitizer, and a double sink with a dish soap in dispenser with a new fresh sponge.

* Eating Area
On the eating table, we provide basic salt & pepper large size, napkins, paper towel, and regular spoons (6), forks (6), knives (6) set for all occasions in a blue basket.

* Condiments in fridge
We provide regular ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, spicy sauce, Italian dressing, blue cheese, ranch, bbq sauce, etc.

Green ceramic large size plates (4) and small size plates (4), green ceramic bowls (4), varieties ceramic mugs (15), non ceramic plates (4), non ceramic bowls (4), regular medium size non ceramic bowls (4), large size glasses (2), and wine glasses (2).

Regular pot 15 qt (1), pot 7 qt (1) and pans size small, medium, and large (total of 3), baking sheet (1), pizza sheet (1), and twelve various kinds of seasoning (total of 12). If you plan on doing a lot of cooking during your stay and you need more than what we can provide, you are free to bring yours.

The kitchen also has a breakfast counter with regular high chairs (4) with decorative pillows (4) for adults and toddler chair (1).

* Dining Room
Combined two (2) decent size dining tables with six (6) regular dining chairs.

* Coffee Corner
We provide a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker and various kinds of regular K-cup coffee, chocolate milk, tea bags, sugar, creamers, steering sticks, and 6 coffee mugs.

* Pantry
The pantry will be emptied and cleaned, and you are free to use during your stay.

* Refrigerator
A two-door refrigerator and freezer drawer.

* Washer and Dryer
There is a stacked full sized front load washer and dryer set. We provide one small bottle of regular laundry detergent, one small bottle of softener, and one pack of drying sheet. If you have any allergy issues, you are free to bring your own.

* Cleaning Supplies
There’s a shelf near the laundry area. We provide extras for regular paper towel, bath tissue rolls, six washable multi purpose towels, one regular multi purpose cleaning spray, one regular glass cleaning spray, one regular bleach, and one regular sanitized wipes.

I’m originally from a tropical country which is surrounded by beaches, so yes, I’m a total beach lover, just like you! I feel relaxed and happy at the beach. This condo has almost everything you need, so all you have to do is bring yourself and have fun on the beach!

Why This Property?

This property offers everything that goes along with spending a day at the beach. It's located just a few short steps from the surf and sand. It's ultra-convenient in many ways. In the morning enjoy long walks on the beach. Afterward, change into your swimming gear and hit the beach. When you're hungry, in a few short steps you are back home enjoying home-cooked meals and cold drinks. You can lounge around on the main deck soaking up the sun and views. Later in the evening head back down to the beach. When not on the beach, you still can experience the beach life while on the main deck. From the deck, enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, feeling the ocean's energy, and feeling the wind. Watching the sunrises and sunsets from the deck while enjoying a meal is so very relaxing. Seeing the moon, stars, hearing crashing waves, and feeling the nighttime breeze completes the surfside experience. We want you to experience this convenient location and a hassle-free day at the beach.
