Beautiful room with King bed, Flat TV screen, Mini fridge, walk in closet, private large patio with lots of plants and flowers, living room for guests, beautiful hallways and newly updated kitchen ( for availability please message ) Sitting area is for 8 to 10 people. You have access to almost all the upper portion! Please check our YT channel as Fahad bed and breakfast for virtual tour. We have fully equipped kitchen but availability depends so please check.

Price listed is for the suite. We have a beautiful upper portion of our house that is very well maintained and sparkling clean. We take care of it personally as we live on the ground floor. Pick and drop from the airport, breakfast could be provided for little extra cost. What upper portion includes:

1- Master room with King size bed.
2- mini fridge
3- Split Unit for heating or cooling
4- Drawing room
5- A very large living room ( TV sets are in the bedrooms only )
6- Kitchen ( please check the availability )
7- A very large patio where you will have a view of beautiful Margalla Hills and
Islamabad, with tons of Very Happy plants providing you with the lush green
view, perenial, annuals, tropical etc.
8- Second Patio with beautiful view of Islamabad.
9- Separate Entrance and Parking
10- Free unlimited WIFI
11- UPS in case of Power Cut ( Which happens a lot )
12- Access to the Owners 24/7 in case of any problem
13- Iron
14- Laundry Service, Lunch, Dinners can be offered on reasonable extra cost
What we Expect:

Respect the property as we respect you, treat the place as your own since we will treat you as one of our own.
We have knack for hospitality and going an extra mile for our guests and we have a low tolerance for lack of hygiene. Please keep the washrooms clean, please try to take your shoes off when walking on the carpets and please use Washroom slippers for the washrooms.
Germs are BAD for all of us :)
And last.....We have tons of our little babies, our plants in the patio which we will be sharing with you, you might see our gardener watering them. We could happily ask the gardener not to use Your Patio as long as you promise to water our 382 plants!

Hello! This is Javed and I am an avid traveler myself so I fully understand what traveling and looking for a comfortable accommodation pertains. My house is your house as long as we mutually respect our interests. My goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
What I offer: A beautiful upper portion in Bani Gala, with marble flooring, king size beds in every room, HUGE patio , living room, drawing room, kitchen, attached washrooms......We start with taking keen interest in the "Hygiene Aspect" of our property. The whole upper portion is sparkling clean, with running hot water, with UPS in case of power cut, with air conditioning in every room, mini fridge in every room and TV, WIFI. We have tried our best and in case of any problem, my parents reside in the lower portion and are always there to help and fix the problem.
What we expect: No mess, no party, no pets, no unmarried couples, no damage to the property and NO NASTY WASHROOMS!!! We do not expect you to clean it up for us but we do expect you to treat the place with respect and return it in decent manner.
