Main bedroom consists of a double bed with ennsuite bathroom including electric shower.
Second bedroom can be converted on request to either a double bed, one single or two singles.
Main bathroom with bath and shower.
Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea.
Large comfy living space with electric fire, tv and access to secluded outdoor seating area.
Plenty of storage and space for all your requirements.
Also access to secure bike storage garage.

GUEST ACCESS:
Apartment located on first floor, one set of stairs, no elevator on the premises.
Only six apartments located in the apartment block.
Two keys required for one main door entrance plus apartment door.

DUNGARVAN AREA:
Dunagarvan is a thriving seaside town, located close to the Waterford greenway cycle/walking track,
beautiful beaches, forest trails and other fun activities. Many amenities including parks, playgrounds, cinema, tennis courts and
pitch and putt near by. Plus swimming pools, bowling and 3 great golf courses within a quick drive.
Numerous award winning restaurants and family friendly bars with regularly scheduled music performances.
