WE ARE PET FRIENDLY - SO BRING YOUR PET - 7km to PERTH CITY, 5km to COTTESLOE BEACH, 11KM to FREMANTLE. HBF & BASKETBALL Stadium only 3.5km. 2km to Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre. Family home in a great, affluent location close to all amenities. Train Station is 500m away. STRICTLY NO parties/noise, events, hens/bucks etc! Perth Challenge Stadium and Basketball Stadium is 3km away - ideal from team tournaments and events. Perth CBD is only 9km away (5 stops on the train), Famous Cottesloe Beach 5km and the Swan River 5km - Fremantle 11km. Modern, new and fully equipped secure home with video intercom entry. Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning offering cool and heat throughout the house. 5 minute walk to the train station on the Perth City to Fremantle line. Bus stop 100m away accessing all local areas.

The whole double storey house including fully fenced video security front play area with synthetic grass plus the back outdoor entertaining area with fully glass fenced Outdoor Spa, table setting, outdoor lounge with chairs. There is also a double garage and driveway catering for 2 cars - no other verge parking is available as this area will be given parking tickets. There are areas within local streets where you can park without any penalties. PLEASE CHECK if spa is available heated before booking - only heated certain months due to energy costs.

PLEASE NOTE:- You will only be provided with and have access to the number of beds, linen and towels based on the number of people you have booked for - rooms may be locked for smaller number of guests occupying the house to be able to offer you a more competitive price while saving on linen costs, wear and tear and cleaning. STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR ANYTHING THAT CREATE NOISE. QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA WHERE THE NEIGHBOURS ARE CLOSE PROXIMITY.

MASTER BEDROOM on the second floor with king bed - room/wardrobe off of this room has a window and a door. Next to power for a baby monitor (not provided) - this is equipped with a cot and can be used as a Nursery conveniently situation next to the master bedroom. We also have a high chair. (Additional costs) The ensuite has a bath tub, double shower, toilet & bidet and double vanity sinks.

The GUEST ROOM on the ground floor also has an ensuite and a double bed and sliding robe. The ensuite has a shower and vanity - adjoining this is a door with another vanity and toilet which can also be accessed by the family room.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4 on the second floor both have a double bed and a set of bunk beds, sleeping 4 in each room. Ideal for children boys and girls rooms. In the middle of these rooms is a bathroom with a bath tub, shower, toilet and double vanities.

There is also a SEPARATE LOUNGE ROOM / BEDROOM 5 on the ground floor that is set up with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), plasma on the wall and we also have a double bed sleeping a further 2 people. This room has a closing door.

ADDITIONALLY - We also have available single sized, good quality, thick foam floor mattresses that can be placed anywhere in the house for extra guests adults or children.

When you make your booking it is essential to tell us how many guests and the configuration because apart from the permanent beds in the rooms - we can provide floor mattresses, Portacot etc to accommodate more people. Sleeps 16 people in permanent beds.

I live locally and like to meet guests that are new to Airbnb with no reviews. Regular guests with good host reviews, there is a self lock in process. I can be contacted throughout your stay if there are any issues that need attending too.

We are close to everything. Very central yet in one of Perth's most prestigious, affluent areas with the bus and train line within minutes. Our neighbours are close proximity and need to be respected at all times and noise kept to an absolute minimum.

Bus stop 100m away linking to all local places of interest. Train station 5 minute walk which is the Perth City to Fremantle line.

All areas of the house and gardens unless you’ve booked as a smaller party then some rooms/bathrooms will be locked to save on wear and tear and linen when not being used. This makes it cheaper for you :)

Please ask if the spa is heated before you book because we only provide heating in certain months of the year due to energy costs and/or spa maintenance issues associated with a holiday house spa. The spa is always available as a plunge pool. We cannot be held liable if the spa is not usable during your stay due to unforeseen cleaning or maintenance/no heat issues and/or unavailable technicians at the time. *We waive the right to sanitising the spa during your stay - this will be your responsibility. Sanitising will be done before your stay only.
