Come experience cozy & comfy, true tiny house living in our rustic tiny dwelling cabin located on our 90 acre ranch at the foot of the famous Hermits Peak. Great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We welcome you to enjoy the gorgeous scenery, pond and hiking/mountain biking trails to the Santa Fe National forest are approximately 2 miles away. We are 15 miles from the town of Las Vegas, NM and approximately 45 minuets from Sipapu Ski & Summer Resort. There are many things to do and experience around the area and 4 seasons to enjoy it all in!
The cabin is like new but not new. Its primarily constructed or refurbished materials. Its an awesome rustic space with with a new feel!
The cabin has a kitchenette, mini refrigerator with freezer, 2 burner stove top, microwave and toaster.

full house access, guest are welcome to walk the ranch, pet the horses, enjoy the pond, no unapproved access to outside storage buildings, barns, homes or other structures on the property as well as pens or livestock holding type facilities, unless approved by owners.

We have other nearby AirBnB cabins and also run a small farm operation so guest could possibly hear cattle mooing, horses neighing and chickens clucking... oh and other things associated with livestock.

For an additional fee, do allow guest to bring horses and offer horse boarding while they are here but we do not have horses for guest to ride.

We have well water. It is tested, crystal clear and perfectly safe for drinking, cooking and bathing. It does carry a sulfur smell. Most guests are fine with it or bring bottled water for drinking.

Quiet and rural gravel/dirt road with minimal traffic and property has a gated entry for extra privacy.

It is a rural mountain road and can be a little rocky coming in, is narrow and with a lot of rain or snow can be slick. Most of the time road is easily accessed with a 2 wheel drive vehicle. Occasionally in wet weather conditions an AWD/4WD vehicle is helpful.
