I live in an award winning home built and designed by Ted Smith. My home is the original "Go Home" unique housing created by Ted Smith. We have a view of Los Penasquitos Lagoon and Ocean. We are walking distance to Torrey Pines State Park and Beach.

Stedet
The beauty of the loft space aside from the architecture and privacy is the amazing ocean view and close walking distance to Torrey Pines State Park & Beach . We are less than 15 minutes away from the Sorrento Valley Coaster & Amtrak Station. We are close to a few neighborhood restaurants and are 10 minutes by car or bus to downtown Del Mar Village. Del Mar Village is full of shops, cafes and restaurants. During the summer you can experience the famous Del Mar Fair and Racetrack as well as a fantastic farmers market . If you love golf, you are a 10 minute bus or car ride away from the prestigious Torrey Pines Golf Course, that hosts the PGA Tournament in late January/February.

My neighborhood was first established in 1913 and is eclectic in architecture and people. We have the Los Penasquitos lagoon and Torrey Pines State Park and Beach. Our Neighborhood has a beautiful back drop of red rock and white sandstone within the Torrey Pines Reserve Extension.
