Casa Santa Lucia is a new, stylish surf house in El Salvador's gated community of Playa El Tunco. Walk distance to the beach, the house is ideal for couples, friends on holiday, small families or digital nomads that want to enjoy the beach life without compromising their comfort.

The house is walk to 2 world-class waves: La Bocana and El Sunzal. El Tunco is a safe & vibrant surf town with many restaurants, market & cafes.

Walk distance to the beach, the house features two air-conditioned bedrooms with their own tropical bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, an open air living area, a sundeck, a pool, an outdoor shower, and a private parking lot.

You'll be able to enjoy the best the village has to offer, while being tucked away from the festivities of the main street.

*The house is located by the coastal highway, and the trucks passing by can be heard. Not recommended if you are highly sensitive to noise.
