Welcome to a fully remodeled & updated home, decorated with bling! This cozy 2-bedroom home offers a remodeled kitchen with new cabinets & flooring, new appliances, and a movable center island. The dining room is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee. Spend the evening in the cozy living room watching a movie on the over-sized flat-screen TV.
The back yard offers a large, new deck for relaxing, covered parking, & a generous fenced-in area for Fido.

Location is the key, as this home is within 1 minute of Business 321 in Newton. It is located on a quiet, well-established side street, and is within walking distance of Newton-Conover High School.
It is minutes from the beautiful city of Hickory and all that if offers. Shopping and dining are 10 minutes away. Catawba Valley Medical Center is an 11 minute drive.

The fireplace in the living room is not functional.
This home is pet friendly for your spayed or neutered dog. A pet fee of $15.00 per night is required. The fee may be discounted for monthly or longer stays; contact us. We love pets, but reserve the right to refuse any animal that seems as though it will not be a fit for this home.
The pet fee will be a separate request through Airbnb.
For stays that are longer than 30 days, we will need access to the home to replace the HVAC filters. We will contact you to arrange a time during normal business hours.
