Located in Tomboy Lodge on the Northwest side of Telluride, this ground floor condo is delightful. This sweet condo is impeccably clean and has everything you need. The location is within a short (5 minute) walk to lift 7 or Clark's Market, the main grocery store in town and a 10 minute walk to the center of town.

We strive to create a warm, inviting home base for your Telluride adventure!

The studio is 336 sq. ft. with a queen bed, full kitchen with countertop dining at two barstools. There is an oversized chair that pulls out into a twin bed. Maximum occupancy is two (2) people per HOA rules.

There is a 43-inch Samsung Smart TV with live channels available on the HuluTV app. Although the condo does not share walls with other units in the building, please be aware that there may be noise from the condo above. The trash house for the condo complex is adjacent to the condo entry so if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to consider a different rental.
