This condo has an unbeatable location in one of the best spots in Breckenridge. Just across the street from the Quicksilver Lift and Ski School at the Village and steps from the shops & restaurants on Main Street. Take a stroll on the walking path along Blue River or enjoy a drink at Mi Casa downstairs. Soak in the shared hot tub (currently closed due to COVID-19) or enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace and rest assured this unit is located in the heart of town!

This alpine-inspired bi-level studio apartment is spacious enough for four guests with a queen bed in the upstairs loft and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living area. The kitchen is stocked for you to make your own meals. Please note that there is a small combined microwave/convection oven and a stove top, but there is not an oven.
The building is older, but it has all of the amenities you need for a mountain vacation. There is heated garage parking for one vehicle (7 ft. 2 inch clearance). During winter months (November-May) we require AWD or 4WD to safely access the garage and drive around the town. There is a shared hot tub available daily from noon-9:00 PM. Lastly, the condo has a private balcony overlooking Park Avenue and a wood burning fireplace with complimentary firewood.
