Close to the beach, close to the river, close to Claremont shopping centre and the train station. Bus stops right outside the building with transport to Fremantle and Perth City. Perfectly positioned within large mature trees and newly renovated courtyard inclusive of BBQ and outdoor dining.

Train station less than 5 minute walk. Bus stops are right outside the building with routes to Claremont, Subiaco and the City as well as to Fremantle so easily accessible.

Washing machine located in bathroom. Plenty of (communal) drying areas as well as racks for your use within the private courtyard.

The apartment features a large, functional kitchen with stone bench tops and European appliances combined to create the perfect place to cook and entertain. The bathroom has been designed with the highest quality tapware and fittings including rain shower and large mirrors cabinets.

The courtyard sits within large mature trees and is paved in Italian travertine. An outdoor table and chairs allow a perfect place to have your breakfast, have a coffee or just listen to the local birds.

Your free designated car bay is only steps from your private courtyard.

My apartment is within walking distance from Perth's premier beach- Cottesloe beach as well as the shopping district of local Cottesloe as well as the famous Claremont Quarter (all offering a brilliant choice for shopping, restaurants and bars).

My apartment is the perfect escape for a private getaway and beachside adventure.

The studio is architecturally designed and was fully renovated just over 1 year ago.

Comfortable queen size bed with high quality linen

High end bathroom products are provided inclusive of shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash.

Coffee, tea, sugar, oils, spices, salt and pepper, butter and many more items are provided to ensure you only need your main ingredients whilst cooking.

I provide my guests with a guidebook which outlines all my favorite places, all my favourite restaurants, take away coffee locations and the place to find the best fish and chips in Western Australia.
