This holiday home is detached with a private entrance and a private back garden. Rooms are on 2 floors. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/ kitchen & dining area with two 3-seater settees, armchair, bean bag, DVD player, smart TV with Freeview channels, coffee table and nest of tables. The modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots and pans. There is a dining table suitable for up to 6 guests. Patio door providing access to secure fenced back garden. The utility room offers guests a washing machine, clothes airer, iron & ironing board. Access to garage and back garden. The garage has great storage for golf clubs and outdoor equipment. There is a treadmill running machine available for guests to use. The cloakroom has a toilet and wash hand basin. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets with table lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobes with plenty of storage space and a wall-mounted mirror. There is an en-suite shower room with mains shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The double room offers guests a double bed, bedside cabinets with lights, built-in mirrored wardrobe and a chair. We only provide quality rentals in the Highlands and operate from our booking office in Dingwall in the Highlands.
