This Villa is an amazing modern property (built in 2017) located in Ixia, with a view of the Aegean from the roof. The outdoor spaces are perfect for a relaxing day in the sun or at the pool (not heated). The garden provides a tranquil spot to soak up the sun lying on the sun loungers. There is a outside dining area you can have a meal or a romantic dinner. A 2 min walk from the beach. The three level property ( 195sq.m. has 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons.

There is also public transportation 350 meters from the villa. Renting a car or motorcycle is recommended to drive around and explore all the island has to offer, from the beaches during daytime to the famous nightlife. Parking availiable.
