The house is perfect for multiple family or big friends breaks, can sleep up to 16 in the following configuration:
Primary suite - King Bed + Queen Sofa bed +own bathroom with shower
2nd Guest suite - Queen Bed + Single child’s Sofa bed (kids) + own bathroom with luxury shower
3 bedroom - Queen bed
Den - Queen Sofa bed
Family Room - 2 x Oversized U-Shaped Sleeper Sofas, can be configured as 2 x Double beds, 2 x Single beds and sleep 6 conformably. Luxury family bathroom with oversized shower serves 3rd bed and the main house.
The house is completely open plan in the main living area, so the oversized kitchen, dining and family room room make a great meeting space. The oversized covered patio can comfortably accommodate everyone staying and the 6 person hot tub is great for soaking away the days stresses.
If you plan on using the grill, please remember this is a gas grill, we don't supply the gas, there is a canister under the grill for you to fill up and use, this must remain on the property when you leave.
We have a zero-torrence policy for any drug use anywhere in or around the property.

This is a really great Hollywood neighbourhood, super safe (house has external cameras, alarm and Ring for your added peace of mind), friendly, quiet and close to everything.

We live in Los Angeles, however the house comes with security team, gardener and pool boy (for the hot tub) to ensure your stay is clean, fresh, safe and comfortable. The Gardner and Pool Boys will attend the property weekly, please allow them to do their jobs. Our home team / housekeepers are also local if you need anything. You can always get hold of us as well.
