Private room in house with cosy interior in the southern part of Rotterdam. Close to public transport; 15 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the famous 'Kop van Zuid'. The parc and Ahoy (concert hall) are very near. The room is suitable for one person, preferably a quiet and serious person who studies and/or works.

Stedet
It's a typical family house (eengezinswoning), divided in three floors: lower and upper floor & attic. The house also disposes of a sunny garden and a space where you can store your bike. Tram 25 is right at the corner and takes you right to the center.

Gjestetilgang
You have access to your own private room. Besides, you share the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden with one male person. Sometimes my 16 year old daughter visits me. We are away half of the time; then you have the entire house for yourself.

The persons you share the house with, are father and sometimes daughter. Father works half of the time and daughter stays mostly at her mothers house.
