Gleneagles sit half way up the hillside on the NE side of Cochrane and it's location allows for breathtaking views. Sit on the south facing deck and enjoy the sunrise or sunset overlooking the entire Bow Valley and The Rocky Mountains beyond.

Gleneagles is a quiet and picturesque neighbourhood. Lots of green space, a couple of kids play parks plus walking, hiking & biking trails all around with AMAZING views. Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park is just around the corner and is accessible by a 10 minute walk. There you can spend the whole day hiking various trails spanning the north side of The Bow Rive almost all the way to Calgary. The Links of Gleneagles Golf Club is only a few minutes walk away and the house sit backing onto the tee-off of the 14th hole. All the amenities, shops, restaurants etc in Cochrane are only a 5 minute drive away and the shopping areas in NW Calgary only 15 minutes to the east.

Born and raised on a small farm on the Norwegian west coast I transplanted to Canada in 1995 chasing the pilot dream. For an adventurous spirit it was impossible to not be completely fascinated by the incredible scenery and wilderness in western Canada. After traveling the world for many years chasing my career, life is more settled now, calling Cochrane base camp while working for a Calgary company operating private aircraft. With my wife Tatiana and our two children we enjoy life in Cochrane.
