Located on the Brisbane River, this fully furnished, one-bedroom apartment is ideal for your stay in Brisbane. With undercover parking, elevator, washer/dryer, and full kitchen plus exceptional views of the city and river making this apartment outstanding value, with fast own 50mbs internet.

This fully furnished, one-bedroom apartment has all the conveniences one seeks when away from home.

A fully fitted kitchen, with fridge-freezer, microwave and all cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a coffee capsule/pod machine (Capsules/pods available from the host at a small cost or available from the local supermarket).

There is as large 50 inch TV, located in the lounge room with Chromecast available.

For an additional small fee, a PS3 games consul and games and/or an entertainment package of Netflix/Prime/Stan is available.

The bedroom has an orthopedic queen-size bed and a single bed in the lounge area.
The whole apartment is climate controlled with reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Plenty of pillows and extra blankets are provided. The beds are freshly made before your stay with thoroughly laundered linens.

The bathroom is supplied with plenty of towels, and the shower has plenty of hot water, this apartment also has a bathtub; you won't want to get out. The bathroom also contains a top-loading washing machine and a dryer and we supply the liquid laundry detergent.

The apartment is located on Coronation Drive overlooking the river plus magnificent city views and is fitted with new high-quality glass sliding sound-proofing to the large windows in the bedroom.

The apartment is serviced with and includes a new unlimited 50 Mbps Wi-Fi internet connection.

NB The new glass sliding sound-proofing is new to this apartment and is different to other apartments at Chasley as it is one of only 2 high floor apartments where you can open both the soundproofing window and the outer window for a breeze off the river and fresh air. The apartment also reviews ample sunshine from the large windows.

Coffee, tea and milk are provided and can be refreshed if required. The kitchen is fitted with cooking oil spray, aluminium foil, cling wrap, baking paper, paper towels and surface disinfection spray plus salt and pepper.

Toowong shopping village (with both a supermarket and a department store and lots of specialty stores), the Regatta ferry port and, Regatta hotel, where excellent meals can be obtained are nearby (less than 900 metres). The Wesley Hospital and Auchenflower train station are located within walking distance, only minutes away on Chasely Street.

Suncorp Stadium and the Milton café and restaurant quarter are just a few minutes away by Uber or a pleasant 15-minute walk.

The University of Queensland and the Queensland University of Technology are both serviced via ferry with their own ferry terminals and are less than a 15-minute ferry ride from the nearby ferry terminals.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned professionally between guests, with every surface cleaned, and a thorough dusting and vacuum. We pride ourselves on our level of cleanliness of the apartment. Unlike a hotel room, this apartment receives a 3-hour minimum clean and refit. However please note the cleaning fee does not include washing up, we ask this to be completed by the guest before departure.

Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment and are the sole occupants during their stay, bar housekeeping/maintenance should it be required. The apartment has one undercover car parking space and additional car parks may be available.

This Airbnb rental of a privately owned apartment is permitted within the building's by-laws. This apartment is similar to those rented in the Chasely Apartment Hotel and was a previous part of the hotel rental pool. Dealing directly with the owner allows better rates with this apartment having a price of $149.00 per night when it was part of the hotel rental pool. The foyer area is accessible to guests however the hotel reception staff do not cater to this private rental. Your host Charles lives in the building and is happy to assist in any way he can.
