This modern home is located on a quiet street just a short stroll from Yancheps gorgeous lagoon, beaches & shallow reefs. As well as it’s pristine coastline, Yanchep also offers an array of attractions such as family friendly parkland with play areas, fishing, golf courses, local restaurants & take aways. Nearby Yanchep National Park is a must see & is noted for its historical Inn, cave tours, koala colonies & kangaroos, perfect for overseas visitors to enjoy Australian wildlife at its best.

With a coastal theme throughout, this home comprises of an open plan living area with access to the patio equipped with BBQ and dining area. A further living area provides comfort and entertainment with Netflix & Foxtel. In the warmer months relax on the secluded patio or enjoy the attractions in & around Yanchep, while on the cooler days get comfortable in one of the two living areas, the choice is yours while taking a break in this perfectly located home. Grab a morning coffee at the Orion Cafe located a stones throw from the picturesque lagoon or capture the amazing sunsets while enjoying a sundowner at Ocean27 just a short drive away. Enjoy all this while only being approximately 42kms away from Perth city.
