* Well furnished, and very clean and cozy. The unit is small (approx 500sqft) WITH A NICE LAYOUT. The condo has been completely remodeled and has: STAINLESS APPLIANCES, HARD SURFACED FLOORS, TILE IN BATHROOM, ALL BRAND NEW. Only the tub/shower remains original and it came very clean, it only has a hard water area near the drain that is noticeable but not bad.

WE PAID TO HAVE A VIRTUALLY RENDERED LAYOUT image made to scale and you can see that as our cover image!

This area is hip and diverse. It is so close to all that the downtown area has to offer. Its walking distance to the famous Red Iguana Mexican Food Restaurant. The entire area has been bought up by big developers over the last several years and there are few smaller buildings remaining. There are larger beautiful higher end apartment buildings shooting up all around us here.

Like most downtown areas, there are occasional homeless people that you may see walking by. We have never had any issues with any safety or theft but recommend taking valuable into the condo to be safe.

Parking: There’s ample parking on the street and no permit is required. Don’t park on the driveway anywhere or the neighboring building will have you Towed. SERIOUSLY: they have a contract with Swift Towing and they won’t warn you. They will just tow you.

We live nearby and we personally come and prepare the unit between guests or a housekeeper does so for us. We also have a full time tenant who lives in an adjacent unit who is the eyes and ears for us when we are not around.

Please don’t not go to the incorrect door and bother the other tenants. Upon booking, you will follow the step by step "checkin" guide, complete with photos and description of how to park and get it.

We have a August Smart Lock which provides you a unique access code so we can tell when you have come in or out if the unit.
