This adorable home has been renovated from top to bottom! You will find the creative decor to be very warm and inviting. The living room has a brand new 58" smart TV w/DVD player and the finished lower level has a family room with 42" TV w/DVD. We also have a variety of books, games and movies for you to choose from.

The kitchen is fully equipped and coffee and tea is provided.

Comfort abounds in all three of the bedrooms, each with its own dresser and closet space. We truly want this to be your home away from home!

Our property is centrally located in Waterloo, so it is extremely quick and easy to get to downtown, the casino/waterpark, or any Cedar Falls attractions. Also, just minutes from the John Deere Foundry & Museum, the Grout Museum and the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center.

Dan and I became country folk over 5 years ago when we found this beautiful property just north of Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa. We never knew how much we would love running a hobby farm, which includes milking a cow (by hand;), lots of chickens, beekeeping, gardening, bread making, canning, etc. We just cannot keep this little piece of paradise, which is adjacent to 140 acre trail system, all to ourselves any longer! The property has an adorable cabin, which we have named Honeybee Cottage, along with a private and spacious lower level of our home, named Bella's Suite (after our jersey cow;). Come and see how beautifully blessed we are to live on this property..which is truly the land of milk and honey! We will do everything we can to make you feel as though our home is your home! In fact, don't be surprised to find some farm fresh eggs in your refrigerator, along with some other yummies;). Hope to see you soon!

We are not on the property, but are only a phone call (or text;) away. We actually run two additional airbnbs from our hobby farm about 20 minutes north, just outside of Janesville, IA. Check out Honeybee Cottage or Bella's Suite, if you would prefer a country getaway that is located next to 140 acre trail system, perfect for the nature lovers!
