Newly renovated rooms with private entrance in the "Golded Triangle". The flat is close to the city centre 5 or 10 minutes walk. Locally there are cafes, independent bars and restaurants. An ideal location for work or pleasure.

The ground floor of my family home comprises a self-contained flat which features a light and airy bedroom (king size bed) with an ensuite shower room. A well equipped kitchen with range cooker, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and a private garden.

A recently renovated basement flat, part of a family home but totally self-contained with own entrance with keycode. Access is by stairs.

There is limited on-street parking as residential area, but several bays with two hours in the day and after 6.30 is free. Limited supply of parking permits so check availability.


The good size double bedroom has a king-size bed ample hanging space and two chests of drawers for storage. There is an en-suite shower room which has a heated towel rail. All towels and toiletries are provided.

There is unlimited broadband and Wi-Fi, a flat screen with loads of Free to view channels.


Kitchen

The good sized kitchen is fully- equipped with all you need to make your stay as relaxing as it can be. You'll have use of washing machine and dishwasher and basic breakfast is provided (let us know in advance if you need anything particular). There are many good shops locally including an organic greengrocer and health food shop, butcher and fishmonger.


Location

This smart pied a terre is situated on one of the best roads in the heart of the most popular area of Norwich's buzzing cosmopolitan 'Golden Triangle'.

Close to cafe's, shops and pubs/bars nearby on the popular Unthank Road and located a short walk from the city centre this the perfect base for exploring all that Norwich has to offer, including 2 shopping malls, and, more importantly the best selection of independently trading shops, a host of great pubs, restaurants, theatres and live music.

Recommended pubs nearby include: The Warwick Street Social, The Fat Cat, Rose Tavern, Unthank Arms. At the end of the road is the Workshop, one of the best cafe/bars in the area, where you can grab seriously good Meze and a glass of something.

One of the best things about living in this part of town is that despite being so close to all the action, it is quiet and tranquil and you will wake up to the sound of bird song rather than the roar of traffic.

Getting around.

Walking into the city is by far the easiest way to get there but the No. 26 bus stops five minutes away on Earlham Road - you can catch it into the city and on to the railway station. In the other direction it will take you directly to the University of East Anglia and SportsPark, the UK's largest community based indoor sports facility, and on to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital and University of East Anglia and the Research Park/John Innes Centre.

A short walk in the other direction takes you to the Unthank Road where you can catch the 25 all the way to the Station/Waterfront.

No need to get taxi's after a late night out, the city centre is about ten minutes away!
