DIRECTIONS
•I-70 Exit 205 –Turn South on Blue River Parkway (Highway 6) towards Dillon/Keystone
•Turn left on Stephen’s Way at stoplight between the Shell Station and the Super 8 Motel
•Stay on Stephen’s Way s as it parallels I-70 until it comes to a stop sign at Strait Creek Drive
•Turn Left (East) on Strait Creek Drive past two stop signs and enter Dillon Valley East.
•Follow Strait Creek Drive for about one mile, building B will be the next to the last building on the left.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
•Check-in time is 4:00 pm on your designated date of check-in unless arranged otherwise with the owners prior to your arrival.
•The lock-box for the key is located at the BACK OF THE CLUB HOUSE. The driveway is located immediately after building “N”. It will take you between the tennis courts to the BACK of the Club House near the laundry facilities. The lock-box is labeled B-102.
•The key with the green coded marker is for the exterior door that will let you into the hallway of our unit. The key with the Pink colored marker is for the condo itself. Note: The exterior door can be difficult to open. You need to insert the key into the lock and then turn the key to the left to open the door. The door is auto-closing and locking so remember you’re key whenever you go outside.
•Parking Passes (2) are located in the closet to the right across from the kitchen counter. They need to be placed in the vehicle(s) whether they are parked in the designated parking spot or in the over-flow lot by the club area. Additional keys are located in the same closet.
CHECK-out PROCEDURE
•Check-out time is 10:00 am on your designated date of checkout unless otherwise arranged with the owners prior to your arrival.
•Please turn the thermostat down to 60 in winter and 50 in summer.
•Please make certain that you place the Club House access card in the silver organizer drawer
•Place all used towels in the bathtub and all used sheets and pillow cases in the
laundry basket in the bunk-room closet.
•Leave all blankets, comforters and pillows on the beds to which they belong.
•If any furniture is moved around, please return it to its original place.
•If the ionic air purifier or portable heater is used, turn it off.
•Replace the cover on the grill and make certain that it is turned off at the tank.
•Replace the patio sliding door stop and check the locks on all windows.
•Check to see if all of the keys have been returned to the rack in the closet.
•Remove parking tag(s) from your car(s) and place them on the rack in the closet.
•You must return the keys to the lock-box prior to departing. There is a $100 deduction from your security deposit if keys are not returned to the lock-box.

We know that you must be ready to relax and start your vacation, and we want you to make yourself at home right away. We just ask all guests to go through the home and report to us any dissatisfaction you may notice within the first 24 hours.

SMOKING
•The condo is smoke free! If you must smoke anything, please do it at least 20ft away from any entrance or window of the building!

TOWELS & LINENS
•Towels are provided with the rental of the condo and additional towels can be located in the closet just outside the bedroom behind the kitchen.
•If you use the towels at the pool, please remember to bring them back as there will be a charge for any missing towels.

WOODEN FURNITURE TOPS
Please always use coasters or other protection when using glasses or cans
containing liquids.

CLUB USAGE
•There is a clubhouse card located in the silver organizer drawer on the two drawer unit near the entrance. It can be used to gain access to the club house. I suggest that you check with them for hours of operation.

INTERNET USAGE
•There is Wi-Fi available in the condo. Network id is VB102-password is Bailey102.

PATIO FURNITURE USAGE
•Patio furniture cushions are kept in the closet across from the kitchen. Please return them to the closet when not in use.
GRILL USAGE
•Propane is turned off – you will need to turn it on to use the grill.
•Always turn it off after each use and be sure that it is turned off when you leave.
•Fire extinguishers are located in the condo hall next to the kitchen counter and at both ends of the building.
PETS
•Pets are not allowed, however, for allergy reasons, you should know that pets have been present on the premises.
GARBAGE
•Please use garbage bags to collect garbage while in the unit.
•Dumpsters are located in Building B’s parking lot just north of the condo.
PARKING
•We have one designated parking spot labeled 102 for the condo. You must have the parking tag visible at all times when the vehicle parked in that spot. The parking tag is located inside the closet door in the condo,.
•There is overflow parking opposite the assigned parking. It is on a first come-first serve basis. Only one vehicle may be parked there.
• A additional overflow parking lot is located by the tennis courts and all vehicles must have a parking pass.
Note: When parking in the designated 102 spot, make sure that you are correctly positioned in the space. Especially if there is snow covering the lines.
