This Lake Madison Penthouse condo has breathtaking views of the water unlike any other spot on the lake! This 3rd floor unit offers a large deck to take in the warm sun, cool breeze and gorgeous view of all Lake Madison!

The condo is newly decorated, fully furnished with 2 queen beds and 2, 55" smart tvs (Netflix and Hulu available). A full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer. There is also a semi-private deck, with a patio table and chairs and grill. Coffee and tea is provided.
You are welcome to enjoy the 175 feet of lakefront, the large communal yard and dock
*Please be advised, the dock system is installed in the spring by an outside party and may or may not be in place for use depending on when you book

You will have access to the entire condo. There are 2 entrances: one from the inside and one from the deck. You have your own deck space with patio furniture and a grill. The common areas are in the yard and on the dock.
