KITCHEN:
When you walk into the condo, the full-sized kitchen will be just to your right. Stocked with all new pots & pans, you'll find the essentials, perfect for cooking meals the entire group can enjoy! Supplied with your necessary appliances and plenty of cabinet space, this kitchen gets the job done and more!

The kitchen has a cozy breakfast bar with seating for four, separating the kitchen and the living area!

LIVING ROOM / PATIO:
The living room is perfect for your group, with leather furnishings, a queen size pullout couch, a large flatscreen TV with cable, and an electric fireplace controlled by the flick of a switch! There are speakers with an aux cable as well as a few books and games to choose from as well!

An exterior door in the corner of the living room leads to your own secluded balcony for premium enjoyment of the fresh mountain air!

LAUNDRY:
Turn left from the front door to see the washing machine and dryer perched in the hallway closet. Laundry tabs included!

BEDROOM / BATHROOM

Continue down the hall and you'll find the bedroom fitted with a king-size bed, full size dresser and closet. A cozy place to wind down after a long day of skiing or hiking!

The full size bathroom can be found at the end of the hall, neighbored to the bedroom.


To maintain the integrity of our beautiful mountain homes, Alpine Edge requires guests to CHOOSE ONE of following two options for damage/accident mitigation.


Option 1:
(This is chosen by our guests more than any other option.)

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection - One time fee of $49.99.
Maximum Coverage Limit - Up to $1,500, guests are responsible for any damages exceeding $1,500.
Coverage includes any accidental damage to the property and its contents for the duration of the rental period subject to the policy terms and conditions of rental.
This option is not applicable for residents of New York or Hawaii, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Option 2:

Refundable Security Deposit - One time deposit of $1,500.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages exceeding $1,500.
In the event that no damage has been reported, your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of check-out!
