Sunny, comfortable Upper duplex within walking distance of Evergreen Lake. Two private bedrooms and a separate private room with a sofa bed. There is a Washer and Dryer in the home as well. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all necessities. Our location provides wonderful access to the Golf Course, recreation centers, Skiing, Pickleball and Red Rocks. A short walk brings you to Evergreen Lake where you can easily walk around the lake or stroll for coffee in downtown Evergreen.

There is a wonderful path from our home to walk around Evergreen Lake that connects to the quaint town of Evergreen past the Golf Course and Waterfall with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Our home is across the street from the High School so at times there is traffic to deal with. Skating the lake in the winter is amazing.
