Villa Marisan is located in the peaceful village of Bribir, 4 km from Novi Vinodolski, 15 kilometers from Crikvenica. The house consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room and a dining room with a kitchen. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a corridor. On the outside of the house is a terrace of 70 m² with barbecue. The upper floor has access to a 15 m² terrace. Parking place is secured.
