Contemporary and modern home with water views of the ocean and the salt pond. Drop your bags and hit the beach. Walk across the street to the ocean or bring your gear and dog to the salt pond beach. This house has every thing including decks over looking the ocean, village, and the salt pond breachway. Hardwood floors ,tiled baths rooms, granite counters, stainless steel appliances. Home is fully furnished with finest of amenities!

New parking permits will be issued and mailed this year. They will be for two seasons, so don't throw them out at the end of this year. These tags are ones that hang behind the rear-view mirror and are easily visible and hopefully easily removed when not needed. Each member receives two parking permits, which ore valid for 2018 and 2019. Permits from post seasons are NOT valid and will be confiscated if found. As a reminder lost permits cost $50 each to replace. Also, additional permits will be sold for $125 and allocated to the commercial members.
For both the electronic and the manual gates, the common land lot gate codes for this season will be the same. The Beach Row Private Owner's gate code will be changed to 2879. The contractor and renter codes for the Beach Row gate will be the same. In order to minimize the need to frequently change the codes, the codes should be used or distributed as below. The codes are as follows:

Private Road Owner's gate code: 2879
Emergency Vehicles code 6321 (same)
Private Road Contractors' and Renters' code 5231 (same) Common land lot electronic gate code 2004
Common land lot manual lock code 1954

If you plan to park a boat trailer in the common land lot, please remember to label your boat trailer with your name and address. This is easily done with a Sharpie permanent marker. This is important, as we needed to identify the owner of one of the trailers and there was no name or address information on the trailer. If trailers are left that do not have name and address information on them, they will be removed at the owner's expense during the summer. For your own protection, we advise you to notify a Board member if you have left a boat trailer in the lot. Boat trailer parking is only in the middle section of the common land lot.
