Cómodo departamento compartido con una habitación privada en el malecón de San Miguel. En quinto piso, vista al mar, amplio, iluminado, ventilado, con balcón y terraza. Excelente lugar para trabajar. Casa de dos hermanos limeños, uno economista y otro músico y surfer.

A 30 minutos del aeropuerto. Servicios básicos cerca como tiendas, cajeros, lavanderías, hospital. Malecón para hacer ejercicios, y el tradicional mercado de Magdalena muy cerca. Barrio tranquilo y seguro.

San Miguel es uno de los barrios costeños de Lima. Desde hace unos años se ha convertido en uno de los lugares más tranquilos para vivir en Lima. El malecón es ajeno al tráfico y uno puede disfrutar de la gran vista al mar, o hacer actividades deportivas. Lo interesante de San Miguel es que, pese a su modernización, conserva su estructura antigua y casas muy lindas y bien cuidadas. Sigue siendo ese viejo lugar de Lima que ofrece calidez, tradición y tranquilidad.
