The estate is located in a region famous for its enogastronomic tradition, the park itself is part of the Gavi DOC wine region. A few miles away is the Langhe region.

Stedet
The house, recently renovated and beautifully furnished with antiques, has cozy lounges, a large dining room, lounge bar and billiards. Its ten bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen is available (optional chef service is available).

The park of over two hectares, full of trees and ancient trees, is equipped with several relaxation areas, a swimming pool and a soccer field. A small secondary building near the pool has cabins, toilets, showers and a second kitchen equipped with a dining room and veranda, ideal for barbecues and outdoor dining.
