Fully renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor of what was formally a 1700’s hemp works. Large lounge picture window offering spectacular panoramic views over the Cromarty Firth and hills and mountains beyond of the north and West Highlands.

There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with large picture window offering great views over the Cromarty Firth.

Ample seating for 4 on a 2-person settee and 2 arm chairs. 50” TV with Freeview channels, there is a selection of maps, books and games.

The modern kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a variety of kitchen ware.

For dining in there is a table and 4 chairs.

The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside units with lights and alarm clock radio. Fitted wardrobe and tall boy storage unit. This room also has a TV.

The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out mattress to accommodate a 4th guest. There is a bedside unit with light and alarm clock radio and wardrobe.

There is a shower room with good sized mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Outside there is off-street parking directly outside the apartment and easy access to the beach and town centre. There are deck chairs and buckets and spades for building sand castles on the nearby Cromarty beach.

The apartment has an iron and ironing board, free wi-fi, a selection of books, maps, games and a hairdryer.

A cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra charge – please let us know well in advance of arrival if you require these.
