The full 1000 sq ft apartment is located in the lower level basement of my house......Separate entrance... Enjoy dining in the apartment or the 140 'covered veranda overlooking the river valley...The house is 200 yards from the Pecos River with trout fishing ...Hot Tub under the stars.....Walk and picnic on the Pecos River...Warm yourself with the fire place...Zip off to Santa Fe in 40 min. or Las Vegas in 30 min..Las Vegas most historic houses and landmarks in the state.

This is a basement apartment and requires going up and down a staircase (pictured)..It does have a private entrance..The Basement has a full size window and full height ceilings which allows fresh air into the whole apartment...
