CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Kaanapali Shores Resort is undergoing lanai, railing and spalling construction work through Summer 2023. Be advised, there could be construction noise during your stay.
We are not sure how much disruption will occur. Some affects we can anticipate are:

This 9th-floor penthouse studio has a partial ocean view and of this beautiful resort, you can’t beat the view from the comfort of your lanai. Kaanapali Shores 936 sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your time in Maui!

Aston Kaanapali Shores is a 3-star, AAA-rated 10-acre oceanfront resort located on the famous North Kaanapali Beach. A large open-air lobby greets you when you arrive at the resort along with the smell of fresh flowers from the beautiful tropical grounds. A quick walk through the lobby will bring you to the brand-new resort pool, passing a waterfall, hot tubs, and large grassy area. There is a Beach Club Restaurant and Bar where you can grab a Mai Tai and a bite to eat to fulfill the Hawaii vacation dream. Take a walk to the ocean to witness gorgeous sunsets and sandy beaches. Make sure you take in the free Hula show mid-week and all the wonderful family activities that the resort offers.

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
