Whilst cozy and bright, our place is fitted more of a basic, minimalist nature. You'll find pretty much all that you need in a clean and accessible way (btw, if you are using a wheelchair, you'll be glad to know that there's no steps, just a slight bump in the shower, airport transfer is unfortunately not possible).

Stedet
We like to visit Cha-Am as a weekend getaway to relax at the beach, eat affordable seafood and just escape the Bangkok noise.
This condo is a small 1 bedroom with just about 26 sqm and a small balcony
from which you can view the sea.

Smoking and animals are prohibited in the building.

The only internet provider in the building is slow and unreliable and as such there's no wifi in the place that you can use. We are however happy to help you set up the best data package for your needs on your phone (e.g. instructions for unlimited 4G / 150mbps at 150 THB per week).

Gjestetilgang
The building provides a a small gym, a common room, a library and a kids room, all accessible from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The pool is accessible from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and can get pretty full on weekends. There's space on the street, however that's not guarded.
