The Araucaria House ideally situated on a hill above Skiathos town with an amazing sea view. A new building about 55sq meters on one level with an amazing balcony combines modern shades of colour with wooden constructions.

Araucaria house ideally located on the hill above Skiathos town with amazing sea view. The distance from town is around 600meters. This newly house is placed in a quiet neighborhood. As you step inside you find yourself in a small inner corridor, where there are space for your suitcase and a wordrobe. One the right side there is the first room, which has a bedroom with a king size bed and amazing sea view. One the left side there is the second room, which has a fully equipment kitchen, a dinning room, fireplace, flat TV and a double bed sofa. Also both of rooms have air condition and free WiFi. Moreover on the other hand there is a modern bathroom. Araucaria includes free parking.

Araucaria House located 600 meters from Skiathos center (Papadiamanti Street), 500 meters from Megali Ammos Beach (well equiped with umbrellas, sunbeds and restaurants) and 300m from bus station 4 (Acropolis). There are frequent bus services around 15 minutes to explore the whole island.
