This renovated 2 bedroom property features captivating views of the ocean, and a relaxing vibe with BBQ on balcony and mountain views from the bedroom this is the perfect apartment to getaway to Kingscliff.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the Kingsway Complex, and features a new bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is an open-plan living/dining area, and well-appointed furniture. Off the living area is a sunny, north-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the ocean views - fry up some food on the BBQ or watch the water with a glass of wine in your hand.

The main bedroom features hinterland views and a queen bed, with a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and also a single bed, with a large walk in robe.
The property is just half a block back from the beach, and is popular property for families and those wishing to escape to laid-back Kingscliff.
Under the building is a single lock up garage. Short level walk to town and bowls club.
