The complex is undergoing siding upgrades thru Oct. The J building where this unit is located is scheduled for work between Sept-Nov. Prices are set accordingly. Partial refunds may be issued if applicable.

You'll find clean, contemporary decor, featuring Sony 75" and 50" 4K TVs configured with streaming services, Sonos speakers, 300/30 wireless internet, commissioned art work, vaulted ceilings, a private garage with an extra parking space, and an easy 4 minute walk to Canyon Lodge (1000ft).

Stedet
This is not a party pad. It's a nice place with nice furnishings, linens, and art. Groups that can't treat the place respectfully aren't welcome. Party damage will be charged back to guests.

With that out of the way, expect great service. This 1060 sqft unit is owner managed and four units away from the pool (available summer only), hot tubs, and sauna. In the winter, you can ride the Gondola to the village or take the trolley year-round. On holiday weekends, you'll be one of the first to hit the slopes with a 4 minute walk, while crowds in the village can wait in a 20 minute line to ride the gondola to Canyon Lodge. No need to worry about upstairs guests waking you while arriving at 3am in a stomping ritual to summon the snow gods. The entire vertical space is yours and you'll rarely find the two next door neighbors visiting.

You'll have a large one car garage (6' 10" x 9' 8" door opening x 19' 10" deep), roomy enough to fit an F150 SuperCrew short bed truck and all of your ski or fishing equipment. It's great having a garage on 30" snow days! A second uncovered parking space is available directly in front of the unit. On the second floor, you'll find the living room with a two very comfortable large couches (sleeping space: 76.5" x 42" each - between the arms without pillows), a Queen size air bed, and kitchen with dining seats for six and bar seating for three. Half a flight up from the second floor is a full bathroom and a bedroom with a Queen bed. A half flight up to the third floor is the master, with a California King, 50" Sony 4k TV and a beautiful Alder desk which folds down to expose a Queen bed. While both bathrooms are drenched in Carrara marble (floors and countertops), the master features two sinks.

The couches can double as a sleeping space with at 45" deep x 76.5" long.

All beds feature quality sheets, down pillows, and down comforters (note: living room air bed doesn't have a comforter).

Heating and cooling are comfortably managed with 3 Ecobee thermostats, an autofeed pellet stove (pellets supplied), and ceiling fans in every room.

Internet bandwidth tests over wifi report 215Mbps download and 20Mbps upload for an uncongested network.

Canyon Lodge is often open from Dec 13 to the 3rd week of April. If enough snow is present or can be made, Canyon Lodge and one lift tend to be open for Thanksgiving weekend and Memorial day weekend (and only for those weekends), to save you a trip to Main Lodge.

Per HOA rules, pets are not allowed. In the event a pet is discovered while a guest is present, the reservation will be immediately terminated without refund and the cost for a deep clean will be passed on to the guest. No smoking or raging parties. This is my personal escape for my family and I've invested a small fortune to make it nice. Please treat it as if it is your own.

Towel / Sheet refresh service may be available for an additional charge.

- Austriahof restaurant is a fairly level 8 minute walk. I mention, "level," because some walks in the neighborhood are steep, which can be dangerous in the winter when icy.
- Canyon Lodge has food. It's only open in the Winter, usually mid December until the third week of April.
- The Village offers several restaurants. It's accessible by trolley from Canyon Lodge (year round), Gondola (when Canyon Lodge is open), walking (0.9 miles and 289 feet lower), or by car.
