Three large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an open living/dining and kitchen area, open beam ceiling, deck around the house with beautiful views offer plenty of space for six guests.

Hale Pola'i is a two story home and gives travelers plenty of room with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open beam ceilings gives a feeling of open space and the outside covered deck areas are perfect for dining or just relaxing in the shade enjoying the view.

While our cancellation policy remains strict, we are offering free travel date change or 90% refund for bookings affected due to travel restrictions or mandatory quarantine.
Our rental is part of the travel smart program requiring a negative pre-covid test. Please refer to HI DOT site for details before confirming a reservation.
The home is licensed with Maui County.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests including children 2 years and older.
Use of the property and home is for registered guests only.
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for three cars, there is no street parking available.
A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form if the arrival time is outside our office hours.
You will need an ID and valid credit card in your name in order to check-in.
Rates include taxes (14.42%), there are no additional fees.
Minimum stay during Holiday Season is 14 days.
This is a non-smoking property.
3rd party reservations are not accepted.

The neighborhood has rural character with properties of 2 acres or larger. Most lots have one or two homes and some are still undeveloped. Most homes are occupied by residents. Nights are quiet and peaceful, no street lights, only stars and the moon.

We have a public office in Paia town, open Monday to Friday and assist guests with all their vacation needs. I am available 24hrs for any emergency during their stay and try to meet guests at the property for any questions.
