To combat and minimise the transmission of Corona Virus (COVID-19) our housekeeping teams have increased their cleaning efforts and focus on most common touchpoints within the property like door handles, keys, lockboxes, remotes, taps, and appliances. We have also implemented best-practice cleaning procedures to eliminate cross-contamination and transmission of viruses.

With a cooling sea breeze and leafy outlook from each bedroom and the living area; a large sized balcony, comfortable furnishings, a car spot, FREE wifi internet and onsite swimming pool for the warmer months – you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The apartment is located within an older, but well-maintained, secure complex on the fourth floor, accessible via lift or stairs.

All you need close by:
Coastal walk and beaches – 15min walk (4min drive)
Perth’s famous Cottesloe Beach is 30min walk or 6min drive
Train station – 8min walk. Just 2 stops to Fremantle or 25mins to Perth city
Swan River – 25min walk or 4min drive
Kings Park – 15min drive
Perth foreshore (Elizabeth Quay) and CBD – 25mins by car or train
Choice of 2 shopping areas – 10min walk to Coles, IGA, bakeries, chemist, take away, liquor stores
Restaurants – 15min walk
Plenty of parks and scenery within a 5-10min walk

Bedrooms:
The master has a queen bed and mirrored built-in wardrobe with hangers, shelving and plenty of room to store your luggage. The second room has a double bed and cupboards with plenty of hanging space for your clothing and storage for luggage on top. The lounge room sofa converts into a comfortable double bed with thick foam mattress. It's one of the most comfortable sofa beds you will sleep on - no springs in your back on this one! For the winter months each of the bedrooms has an electric blanket to snuggle up and keep you warm on the colder nights. We also have plenty of pillows and additional blankets to ensure a cosy night’s sleep.

Living/Dining Room:
Relax on the comfortable couch in front of a large flat screen TV or chill with your tunes through our speakers. There's also a selection of books and games for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy a sun-kissed leafy outlook during meal-time from the dining table which seats four.

Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, cook top, cooking utensils, appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave, blender), a fridge and all the kitchen essentials you need to enjoy a home cooked meal.

We provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and small amount of milk to get you started.

Bathroom:
Newly renovated with a modern finish, excellent shower and bathroom basics like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer are yours to enjoy.

Large Private Balcony:
A generous-sized private balcony complete with small table and chairs, and a leafy outlook for you to enjoy some quiet time as the sun sets over the west. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed although we would prefer for you to smoke downstairs outside the building and away from common areas.

Cooling:
For the warmer months, the apartment is very breezy, with all windows fitted with fly screens to keep the breeze in but the bugs out. There's 2 standard fans with excellent air flow for additional cooling and portable for you to move them around as you need. Extension cords are provided if required. We store these away during the cooler months so should you require these in the apartment, please let us know during your stay.

Heating:
Whilst the cooler months are limited in Perth, we do provide a small portable heater as well as electric blankets on both beds, and plenty of additional blankets to keep you warm during winter. Be sure to pack warmer clothing also as the sea breeze is nice and cooling in summer but can be super frosty in the winter!

Common Laundry:
There’s a credit-card operated laundry downstairs accessible via the lift and internal stairs. with large washing machines and commercial-grade dryers for fast and effective clothes drying. You can find washing powder in the kitchen cupboard and the apartment also has a small clothes rack, iron and ironing board for your use. There's outside clothes lines downstairs also if required outside the building.

Swimming Pool (warmer months only):
Enjoy a quick dip in between your beach visits with a communal outdoor pool downstairs. We also provide a few beach towels to save you the space of bringing your own. We ask you to please be safe around the pool - no running and no splashing, and keep noise levels to a minimum. This allows other guests and residents to also enjoy this communal space.

Carpark:
The apartment comes with one off-street parking spot or there’s plenty of street parking available in the area. Please check council signage to avoid any fines.

The entire apartment is all yours to enjoy. Have fun!

The building is occupied predominantly by long-term residents so we ask that you treat the apartment and building as your own and respect the rules we, and the building, have in place.
