Very good condition, 2002 trailer. 26 ft long. Self contained accommodation. All the comforts of home in a small space. Ideal accommodations for temporary work assignment, cyclist, real estate hunter or summer visitor.

Large outdoor area and firepit.

Minimum rental is 1 week. Our preference is for longer stay guests, 2 weeks or monthly.

We are a semi-retired couple plus a border collie.

This listing is for solo travelers only... sorry no exceptions.

No pets. No smoking inside the RV.

The main room has a very functional kitchen (propane stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, bench seating, and a long couch in its slide-out.

The bathroom is a separate room with shower, potty and vanity with sink and mirror.

The bedroom is a separate room with a queen size bed.

Lots of closet space throughout.

You supply your own sleeping bag and pillows. The queen size bed will have a mattress cover and a new fitted sheet. We provide extra blankets should you need them.

If you want us to provide the bedsheets and pillows, it will be an extra charge.

You are welcome to use our washer and dryer, in the main house.

This is an acreage setting with many blooming plants, fruit trees and berry bushes.

Lots of space to park your car or truck.

Privacy if you want it with lots of nearby conveniences.

Fast Telus WiFi internet included.

By car we are all of 3 km from the Langdale ferry terminal. Our acreage is located in an area of other similar sized properties. Free-range eggs and honey for sale at our neighbours.

If you are coming on foot, we can pick you up at the ferry terminal, and return you too! Otherwise it's a 30 minute walk uphill to our place. The good news is that the return trip to the ferry is all downhill!

I'm an engineer who has worked all over the world. Now Karin and I are settled down on the coast. We enjoy meeting travelers and visitors and can offer all kinds of suggestions, depending on their interests.

We do not have any cats but there is our friendly German Shepherd, who will be around the property. There are two great places to walk or hike nearby, Somme's and Elphinstone Parks. Our doggy is always happy to accompany you, so long as he's on a leash at all times. Somme's has a great lookout point as well as some amazing old growth trees. Elphinstone is a mushroom picker's heaven in the fall.

From July to October, I'm an avid fisher on the coast. If our guests are interested, they an join me for early morning fishing adventures. I've got all the gear (chest waders, rods). Just make sure to have your fishing license!

Remember, God does not subtract fishing days from your total allotted time!
