'Jasper' is on 2nd floor of a listed building with bespoke conversion (1987 RIBA Award) from the former Gordon and Blair Brewery built in 19th Century. Beautifully presented modern decor, spacious interior with stunning outlook to the historic area of the Old Town, in particular for upfront view of a hidden garden from the windows. All these assures a peaceful and tucked away feel of holiday making, yet being right on the vibrant doorstep of the Old Town enlisted as a world heritage site.

Stedet
Our apartment is located in the heart of old town at Canongate, a short radius from the Holyrood Palace, Parliament House and Grass Market. The flat occupies the top floor of the apartment with an impressive open plan living space, always features with plenty of natural light. Receded from road traffic and buffered by the small garden, the flat could always escape from the hustle of the tourist street. Very modern fit out with enlightened bathroom and a well stock kitchen is perfect for cooking.
Set to the front, bedroom 1 is dual-aspect and features french doorway opening to a Juliet balconette, with built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is rear facing and includes carpeted flooring and a built in wardrobe. The fully tiled shower room is fitted with a contemporary two piece suite and an integrated cubicle with mains mixer.
An attic is provided for quiet activities, reading, yoga and offering a panoramic roofs-cape of the surrounding old town. As a premier service to our guests, we also offer smart TV with quality sounding system, capsule coffee maker, as well as complimentary supply of fruit and snacks. All these add to a homely experience of your stay, whilst always in a central location ready to explore the endless wonders of the city and the nearby countryside.

Gjestetilgang
'Jasper' is located on 2/F of the apartment and only accessible via a flight of external stair (13 risers) from the front garden. We will issue a pictorial guide to advise your best drop off point (by car) and easy access to the flat with your baggage (on foot) oa week before arrival of guests
Once inside the flat, basically, all rooms could be accessible during the stay. As a reminder, the attic is accessible via a narrow stair with open railing. Supervision of the vulnerable may be required to assure safe access.

1. The flat is located on the top floor of a heritage structure, amidst a quiet and peaceful environment registered under the 'Neigbourhood Watch Scheme', disruptive behaviour to the neighbours are not allowed.
Children of bouncy character and creating unwanted noise may attract complaints of neighbour.
Parties and strong output of music and offensive audibles are not welcomed. Please respect the neighbours and do not make significant noise after 21:30
2. An open staircase is provided in the flat as a beloved feature of this RIBA Award winning scheme. Young children accessing the staircase should be properly supervised by parent to avoid any safety hazard of falling from height.
3. Smoking is prohibited in the premises and garden area. Deep cleaning fines will be posed for evidence of smoking.
4. Leave all soiled trainers and shoes in the hallway. Change to slippers provided by us before entering the lounge area.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. All domestic wastes should be bagged and delivered to the communal bin on Calton Road before departure.

The Royal Mile itself is a bustling thoroughfare with numerous bars, restaurants, bistros, cafes and specialty shopping on offer. Shopping for daily necessities are available from corner shop (on the Royal Mile) and supermarket (on Holyrood Road) at only 4 to 5 minutes walk.
As a starting point from the Jasper, our guests could reach out for the Queen's Palace, Parliament House, museums, galleries, churches, Castle and other top city attractions along the Royal Mile. Princes Street and George Street offer all the major shopping expected of a major city and are available on foot, together with the central travel hubs of Waverley Railway Station, St Andrew Square and York Place.
You could also head for nature hunting in the Holyrood Park, Arthur Seat and the Duddingston Loch. Guests can readily explore those conservation areas of special architectural and historic interests, enjoy sunset gazing across a stretch of quiet water for bird sanctuary. Perhaps you might be able to meet with the Queen at the stylish pub in the Duddingston Village, too.
