Your Beachside Haven - less than 1 minute walk and you're on JONES BEACH!

JONES BEACH HAVEN is a lovely fully self contained beachside studio apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry in a quiet street. A patrolled beach is located across the road with a shade covered park to keep kids entertained for hours.

Everything you need to enjoy the beach is located within the studio ranging from beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, boards, buckets & spades.

This beachside studio offers a versatile and flexible floor plan. Featuring a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry, our guests often say how spacious and functional it is. The apartment is set up with a queen bed plus sofa which is easily convertible to another queen bed and can accommodate up to three guests. Please specify your preferred bedding arrangement on booking.

A private outdoor dining area is available in the back courtyard for your sole use to enjoy the serenity of Kiama Downs with privacy screening. There is also an additional covered seating area at the front of the property.

All linen and towels are included in the price and this includes beach towels. Cleaning supplies including basic pantry items, toiletries, cleaning products and hand sanitizer are supplied.

A number of dining options include Stacks Burgerhouse, Cactus Sushi and Cantik Place all less than 400m easy flat walking distance. An IGA supermarket, Cellarbrations liquor store, pharmacy and gym are located in the small shopping complex.

Kiama Golf Club is 1km away and boasts 18 beautiful holes on a level course and also offers dining options and entertainment with a free courtesy bus.

Kiama township is very popular with tourists and offers a number of beaches, pools, shops and markets.

Kiama Downs, New South Wales, Australia

Kiama Downs is a very quiet neighbourhood. During holiday periods there are more people at the beach and shops, but generally most people you will walk past on the street are local and are very friendly. Feel free to say Hi! They'll probably think you're a local then too.

Most nights you can hear the ocean and noise is minimal in our neighbourhood.

Some excellent walking and riding tracks are at your doorstep and start right across the road. Resources such as maps on the area including walking are provided free of charge to you on your arrival in the studio. You can also locate these on kiama.com
