Ground Floor Rear Large Double Bedroom in a Detached Property with Secure Private Parking, 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes car drive to city centre and very close to LRI Hospital, DeMontfort University, Highcross Shopping Centre, Kingpower Stadium, Bus and Train Stations, The house has 7 large bedrooms with 2 kitchens, 2 shower rooms and 2 lounge areas. Secure parking is limited to 4 Small Cars. Temperature controlled Radiators, Double Glazed.

My place is very handy for guests working in Leicester or visiting friends in Leicester and Leicestershire 10 minutes by car (3 1/2 miles) from Junction 21 M1, or 10 minutes by Taxi from Leicester Train Station or St Margarets Bus Station.

All guests are required to complete my online self check in registration form, the web link for this is provide after your booking is recieved. Our registration form will require an ID document and some personal details. This is part of my safety & security protocol which keeps guests safe in this low price range.

This registration form also allows you to pay for Early Check In , Late Check Out & Cleaning (Change Bed Linen & Vacuum) if required. These are not included in your booking or service charge.

All guests have shared access to ground floor lounge, ground floor kitchen and ground floor shower room.

This bedroom R2, it is less grand than the other 2 ground floor bedrooms, very spacious and definately quieter not facing the main road or close to the entrance of the house.
The bedroom window is not working, but a fan is provided.

My place is located near Glenfield Road and Fosse Road North within easy walking distance of Leicester High Street and the West End. It is a safe area with good street lighting and regular bus service, like all major cities care you should taken when walking home late at night.

Hi I have been an airbnb host since March 2017, and had experience of over 500 guests in my first 6 months, I provide low budget, safe and clean accommodation, no frills apart from Wi-Fi and private parking. I love meeting 90% of my guests, if your informed your not welcome again your part of the 10% who have little respect for other people's property or have the manners I would rather not see again.
