This brand new, spacious three bedroom house in Port Elliot, sits just a short walk to the Beach. The house features a large entertaining space upstairs with well-equipped entertainers kitchen, dining and lounge, powder room and two balcony areas outside. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a tri-bunk .

The perfect beachside holiday house!
This property is beautifully presented and perfectly located a short walk from Boomer Beach with glimpses to the ocean from the balcony . We were a group of 7 and never felt short on space. Everything worked (which in my experience is a rarity for holiday accommodation) and it was lovely to have the kitchen stocked with plenty of provisions to begin our holiday. There was a variety of games, books and outdoor sports equipment provided to keep the children occupied when not down at the beach. Overall an excellent holiday house - highly recommended!

This new, spacious three bedroom house in Chiton Court, Port Elliot, sits just a short walk to Boomer Beach.The house features a large entertaining space upstairs with well-equipped entertainer's kitchen, dining and lounge, powder room and two balcony areas outside. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and one with a tri-bunk (double bed below and single above). There is a second family/lounge room with a sofa bed for one to two extra people. The three-way bathroom is conveniently located downstairs also. This house has everything a family on holiday could need.

Head down to Boomer Beach and take the walk around to Horseshoe Bay via Knights Beach. The Flying Fish Cafe is a must for lunch or dinner or even just an ice cream stop for the kids.Bring your bikes and ride into Victor Harbor, or the other direction to Middleton and on to Goolwa using the bike track.

*New fire brazier installed in the backyard for those wintery nights! (BYO firewood)*
