We are about 5 miles from the "Y". Close to town but not in the hustle and bustle. Meyers is a great small community in South Lake Tahoe. We have, in my opinion, and fellow yelpers, the best breakfast in town. The Getaway is about a mile away, a great walk in the summer! We are about a mile from the Divided Sky, a cool bar with great food. We often cycle over, have a meal, and cycle home.
We are very close to Desolation Wilderness and about halfway between Heavenly and Sierra. But not far from Kirkwood either. We are across from the Upper Truckee River which makes for a great walk, not far from Hawley Grade and Meyers Grade.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
- 8 Occupants MAX - (5 & Under not included)
- 3 cars MAX - no exception. 2 in the garage, 1 in the driveway.
- Please put trash in the bear box with lids on the cans, or in the garage. Do not leave any garbage outside.
- Minut sensors may exist at the home to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Minut's Website. The booking party will receive a notification via text to notify if noise is above a certain level.
- Accessibility: The home has several stairs into the house and to the lower levels. The upper floor does include the kitchen, master, another full bath, and bedroom.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for abusive and negligent behavior, loud groups, etc. If you would like to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not the home. Please treat our home as your own!
Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County Vacation Home Rental ordinance, and failing to do so may result in egregious penalties, fines ($1,000+), and even eviction. See the county website for the current VHR ordinance, as this is incorporated into this agreement.

GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
Best Practice: Please wash hands thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering the home. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
Mid Stay Cleaning: Mid-stay cleanings are generally avoided unless the guest will be out of the property for 30 hours. We can drop off fresh linen, towels, supplies, and haul trash off-site.
Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and disinfected

Staff Policy: Staff is instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in the home and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
